Biography:
Jessica began her career as an Assistant Manager for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., completing the management training program while still in college. She was promoted to Assistant Store Manager in Operations and worked in several different stores managing all cash, cashiers, scheduling, human resources, and building maintenance – literally involving millions of dollars and thousands of people!
Jessica spent a short time preparing a written history of the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, and then moved on to Midwest Title where she served as building administrator as well as marketing. She designed and implemented marketing programs, marketing materials and motivational activities, coordinated events, managed databases, and assisted with long-term planning. She began coaching customers to help with their businesses, and coaching developed into a passion for Jessica.
Jessica started Business Dynamix Solutions, LLC, with a partner, and now provides a wide range of coaching services, focusing on small business owners and employees. Business Dynamix also manages businesses for clients, providing administrative services, financial management and daily management.

Biography:
Chris has an extremely strong background in management and marketing for small businesses. During the past 30 years, she has successfully managed a variety of small businesses including profitable law offices, a real estate investment company, a title company, a tax deferred exchange company, and a reprographics company. She has also donated time and skills to assisting with fiscal aspects of management of a church organization. During her years of work with the Johnson County & Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, she was successful in helping to implement community assistance programs started through Federal and State government grant programs, such as the Crime Victim’s Assistance Program.
Her wide variety of experience has given Chris the ability to analyze a business as a whole yet see how each component part, as a separate and distinct piece of the whole, can work smoothly and efficiently together to create a successful, profitable business venture. Chris is forward-looking and results-oriented, with strong skills in communication and motivating others. She is an excellent troubleshooter and possesses outstanding problem solving abilities.
Developing and implementing creative solutions to the myriad of issues that face business-owners is her specialty. Chris’ favorite business success story is when she was able to lead a company from a quarter million dollar net loss to a quarter million dollar net profit in the period of one calendar year.
